Refund policy
Returns:
For any returns, please ignore the return address that your items arrived in, and contact us at info@decayclothes.com before returning any items. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please write up your problem report in detail and upload relevant photos where possible, including the order number.
*In most cases it won't be necessary or mandatory for you to return the item/items if you can show the necessary evidence in your email.
What items are NOT refundable?
- Not in original condition
- Items have been washed and worn
- Not in the original packaging
- Customer selected the wrong product
- Customer selected the wrong size or colour
Exchanges:
Please note that we do not do exchanges, as all products are made especially for you as soon as you place it. So please make sure you double check the size guide and the colour you selected before finalising your order with us.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 28 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- All items must be unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 28 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received your email problem report, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
